MEDIATION FEES
My fees for mediation services are charged on an hourly basis based on the number of parties participating at the mediation. The fee for a two or three party mediation is $275.00/hour; and four or more party mediation is $300.00/hour. The parties will normally pay their equal share of the mediation fee. Fees are charged for all services provided including preparation for the mediation, review of materials submitted, premediation phone conferences with the parties, travel, mediation and post mediation follow up. No Retainer is required and payment of fees are due 30 days after invoice. There is no charge for use of conference facilities or refreshments provided.
